I photographed her several times at NYFW in February and then visited her at her book signing here in Chicago last month. She’s a really cool and down-to-earth person, and deserves every ounce of success. I am so happy to see Jessica living the dream. She earned it.

I wanted to take a photo that was different from the other street-style photographers so I posed her in the narrow loading dock area while they were off fighting for shots of Anna Dello Russo and Bryan Boy. I love the quasi-industrial feel, and the way the sunlight perfectly frames her ombre hair.
