I leave Tuesday afternoon for my first official business trip, a quick jaunt to Los Angeles, California, on behalf of GAP. I will be visiting their 1969 denim line design headquarters and hanging out with Rosella Giuliani, the brand’s creative director. I’ve only been to Los Angeles twice before and I’m looking forward to seeing the cool, fashion industry side of the city.
I’ll be posting updates throughout the next two days, so check back for photos!
For the final installment of the Oliver Peoples ♥ Chicago limited-edition sunglasses collaboration, the frames traveled to Wrigley Field for some iconic shots in and around the stadium. Lucky for me, my aunt and uncle dropped into town to take me to a Cubs game. Perfect timing! I got some lovely shots of the glasses outside of Wrigley Field after things calmed down. Although I did manage to snag a photo of the glasses inside the stadium close to home plate.

Imagine my delight when I spotted Mira on the street in floral harem pants and round blue lenses. Mira is an avid reader of my website, which makes me incredibly happy because she upholds the trend of the most fashionable people in Chicago reading my blog. I am always so flattered when I spot someone who tells me they read my site everyday, and they get bonus points with me when they name their recent favorite photo (as Mira did). It was so lovely meeting you Mira, and I’m sure our paths will cross again soon!
