Natasha’s skull-patterned dress reminded me heavily of the AllSaints aesthetic. However, AllSaints’ skull emblazoned pieces are a lot more wearable and accessible. I would totally wear Natasha’s dress because I love skulls but it takes a big personality to make something like this work. The bright red flower in her hair tops off the entire look with the perfect feminine touch.

I photographed Karyn for a story I did about her new monthly vintage sale. The story was never published by my editor and I forgot about her beautiful photo until today. After going to Electric Forest Fourth of July weekend and spending this past weekend in Arkansas with my parents, I searched my archives for work that slipped through the cracks. Karyn is one of the best Chicago vintage sellers and is known nationally within the vintage community for her expertly curated Etsy shop.
