Few things make me swoon faster than a well-dressed couple. I spotted Bobby and Emily walking down Milwaukee Avenue in Wicker Park a few weeks ago. I love everything about this photo, from Emily’s red lipstick and Prabal Gurung x Target caplet to the way Bobby buttoned his jacket.
Don’t they look lovely together?
Here in Chicago, it’s a bitter pill to swallow that cold weather is here to stay. With that in mind, I ‘suited up’ yesterday for some street-style hunting on Michigan Avenue. Although I only photographed Daemon, he was well worth the effort. If only everyone knew that staying warm doesn’t require a puffy coat – just layer smart with a wool coat.
Great minds think alike. While shooting at New York Fashion Week I was thrilled to see this skirt from Junya Watanabe Spring 2013, which was clearly one of his greatest collections in recent memory. I own the black version of this skirt and it’s one of my favorite pieces. Luckily I nabbed it during an end-of-season sale, and you can see it in this post.
