Every season there’s a few collections I fall head-over-heels in love with. Past infatuations include Balenciaga Spring 2008, Thakoon Fall 2011 and Creatures of the Wind Fall 2012, and I’m proud to say I have a piece from every one. I think of myself like an art collector, only I wear what I own instead of hanging it on my walls. Junya Watanabe Spring 2013 is my most recent obsession. Combining Puma athletic fabrics with sexy, feminine silhouettes is simply brilliant. And this skirt? It goes with practically every top I own, from tees to proper button-down blouses. I paired it with a nude top and Margiela H&M flats for a perfect casual Saturday spent street-style hunting.

Personally, I love the recent cold snap. Even a brief respite from the suffocating heat is enough to renew my love of summer. Plus, streetstyle always improves as temperatures fall – layering is key.
