Proof that just because it’s chilly outside doesn’t mean Chicagoans wear coats. I was teasing my dad on Christmas for shivering outside when it was “only” 55 degrees in Pennsylvania. This is my eighth year living in the Midwest – I suppose I can call myself a Midwesterner now. And we don’t shiver when it’s 55.
