Rare Candid on Walton
I rarely take candid shots because I prefer the face-to-face interaction of posed photos. Plus, for ethical reasons, I like to obtain verbal consent before photographing individuals for pictures that will be seen around the world.
In this case, the man was engrossed in a conversation on his cell phone and you cannot see his face. Therefore I felt comfortable posting this image because he is fairly anonymous.
I really loved how well his jeans compliment the color and texture of the gray-blue steel panels in the Diesel store facade.

I usually employ my sign language skills in this case if a person is on the phone. Nine out of ten times they will nod a yes and off you go about your business of shooting them.
