Chicago fashion designer Stephanie Kuhr presented her line of vintage-inspired lingerie, Dottie’s Delights, at the Chicago Fashion Incubator runway show Tuesday evening. Stephanie is wearing her own designs, a bustier and a can-can skirt with lace underlay. I love her cheeky reinterpretation of classic female undergarments and her liberal use of sequins.
