Erik is a sales associate at the Nicole Miller boutique in Old Town. He is wearing a vintage Yohji Yamamoto top, which was given to him as a gift. I met the woman who gave it to him later that evening at the Nicole Miller party. She is one of the most intriguing women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the Chicago fashion scene. Out of respect for her request for personal privacy I am declining to use her name on my website. Suffice it to say, meeting this mysterious woman was one of the highlights of my fashion career thus far. After all, what an incredible human being one must be to possess and bequeath such prized fashion treasures to others!
