Frances is the lovely and stylish owner of Venus Meets Vintage, one of the vendors of Vintage Heaven. She purchased her groovy white leather boots from Jenstyle, another vendor found at Vintage Heaven. Frances offers an incredible array of vintage clothing, from ladylike skirts (one of which I purchased) to statement coats.
