According to Style.com, the title of this collection is “Preppy with a Pop.” I loved the visual effects, with multicolored leaves expanding and contracting in fractal-like designs. The clothing was timeless autumnal American sportswear, with several twists like over the knee duck boots as seen on Yuliya. The styling was toned down at Glamorama 2010, compared to the Hilfiger’s show in February at Bryant Park. This presentation was far more wearable – exactly what Macy’s consumers are looking for.
