Evenings in VOGUE at the Public Chicago Hotel

J.Lynne Bredfeldt, Coco Meers, and me!*

After a much needed break from socializing in the Chicago fashion scene**, I figured a Vogue party at the Public Chicago Hotel was the perfect way to reappear. After all, as a Vogue blogger myself I couldn’t not attend, right? I sipped down sparkling water as I mingled with friends, including hosts J.Lynne Bredfeldt and Coco Meers. It was great to see so many familiar faces in such an amazing environment. Thanks Vogue, Lynne, and Coco for such a wonderful evening!

Halloween Party: Exorcise Your Fashion Fears!

October 24, 2011  |  Announcements, Events, Fashion Events, Parties

Come celebrate Halloween weekend with me in style at Cynthia Rowley’s Bucktown boutique at 1653 North Damen. Enjoy complimentary “bloody” champagne cocktails and Vosges chocolates, along with a hefty 20% discount on all new and sale items. This is perfect party to kick off the Halloween weekend, since it runs from 6:30 to 8:30 on Friday evening, October 28. You can easily head to your rowdy Wicker Park bars and house parties afterward. Why not start the Halloween weekend with fashion!

The event is open to the public, but you must RSVP to be placed on the list. In order to make sure you get in, RSVP on the Facebook invite here by selecting to “attend” the event or by emailing chicago@cynthiarowley.com.

I hope to see you there!

Come Meet Me! Friday Sept 30th, 5:30-7:30pm

This is the definition of last minute but Argo Tea invited me to hold an “Artist’s Hour” from 5:30 to 7:30 this Friday evening, September 30. The St. Clair location is closing and moving to the Tribune Tower next week so this is a kind of closing celebration as well. If you haven’t had a chance to see my photos in person it’s really a treat. I hope to see some of you there, and again I apologize for the super late notice. I just found out myself! I am obsessed with Argo Tea (literally, I’m not just saying that) so it’s been an immense honor for them to sponsor my first real art show.
