Saturday, June 18th I am hosting the 1 year anniversary party for ChicagoStreetStyle.com at The Beauty Bar from 10pm to 3 am. My good friend Chelsea Cankar from Stic-of-the-Week is co-hosting (and deejaying), and her ability throw banging parties precedes her reputation (ever heard of the 90s parties? Yup, those are hers!) So come out next weekend and celebrate all the hard work and successes of the past year with me by dancing the night away!
Click here to RSVP for free admission all night, otherwise it’s free admission from 10pm to 11pm, $3 entry free after 11pm
Feel free to invite your friends on Facebook! Must be 21+ to enter.
When: Saturday, June 18th: 10 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Where: The Beauty Bar, 1444 W Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois

Come join me tonight at Heaven Gallery to see the Renovar Fall 2011 runway presentation. Designer Alma Wieser was inspired by the artist Louise Nevelson, who used recycled materials from the street to create installation art.
The show begins promptly at 8 p.m., doors open at 7:30. Heaven Gallery is located at 1550 North Milwaukee, on the second floor.

Drunk Mall was conceived of by five of the coolest underground fashion operations in Chicago: SisterMan, The Gaudy God, The Sometimes Store, Jenstyle, and Bummer Town. The idea was to combine the best of life as a teenage “mall rat” with the lubrication of PBR into an event hosted by Chicago’s greatest fashion personalities. And I must say; the event was a smashing success!
I arrived to watch the vendors prepare for debauchery and stayed until the party began to heat up, while Isa of Chicago Looks materialized later to capture the moments when Drunk Mall went from booze-soaked marketplace to underground fashion nightclub.
These photos, along with the next thirteen streetstyle photos, were taken at Drunk Mall 2010. The event was hosted by Happy Dog Gallery, located at 1542 North Milwaukee in Wicker Park.
