I leave Tuesday afternoon for my first official business trip, a quick jaunt to Los Angeles, California, on behalf of GAP. I will be visiting their 1969 denim line design headquarters and hanging out with Rosella Giuliani, the brand’s creative director. I’ve only been to Los Angeles twice before and I’m looking forward to seeing the cool, fashion industry side of the city.

In anticipation of next week’s release of the Bing commercial I made with my good friend Jena from ChiCityFashion, we both made mini-videos about our friends. Bing is promoting their new Facebook integration feature, which allows your friends’ Facebook likes to help you make decisions. Jena and I help each other make decisions all the time.
From fun decisions, like which Proenza Schouler shoes to buy, to more serious decisions about the direction of our blogs, Jena and I help each other decide all the time. I know that you and your friends help each other make decisions constantly too. Bing is harnessing that social capital to help you make better decisions when searching on the internet.
