Only time will tell if the unseasonably warm heatwave is to blame for the daringly sexy bare midriffs spotted on a number of street-style stars, like Giovanna Battaglia. In the current sauna of Manhattan, even a few less inches of clothing can transform the unbearably sweltering into the pleasantly balmy.
